Starlyn Kemoh Chief Financial Officer
Starlyn Kemoh is a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Certified Internal Auditor who has worked in various capacities in both private and public sectors.
He worked as credit risk manager, head of general administration and financial controller over a period of 8 years for three major banks in Sierra Leone.
He is presently the Assistant Director of Internal Audit in the Ministry of Finance, Sierra Leone and has worked in the major ministries of the government of Sierra Leone.
Starlyn holds a BSc in Applied Accounting and a Master’s degree in Development Management, he brings to SIPAD International leadership, enthusiasm, and a tremendous expertise in public financial management.
