Ms. Alyson Ratney Board Secretary

Alyson Ratney is a Grants/Contract Administrator with the Maricopa County Human Services Department, specializing in community development projects. Alyson holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Ashford University, Iowa, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice – Deviant Behavior/Social Control.

Born and raised in the US, Alyson is a career civil servant with over 17 years of international field experience working in security and supply chain management in five different countries. Her love for Africa and passion for service led Alyson to work for the United States Peace Corps, serving as a community health worker in Burkina Faso, and more than 16 years of tenure serving in cross-functional leadership roles at the United Nations in Rwanda, Tanzania, The Netherlands, and the US. Her desire to serve humanity and love for the underprivileged makes Alyson’s skills and knowledge an asset to SIPAD International’s mission.
